1994
On the 1st of July, Ana and Cornel Paraschiv established a new company trading livestock at that time.
1996
Ana and Cornel started their slaughterhouse activity.
1998
We opened our first Ana şi Cornel store in Mizil.
1999
We started trading minced meat and sausages smoked in wooden, sawdust and corn fires.
2001
We produced our first summer salami from Ana și Cornel.
2002
We opened a second store and reached from 4 to 18 assortments of meat products.
2003
We opened two new stores and passed to a semi-industrial production system, following the investments made in the factory. We came to be a team of 47 people and have a turnover of 21.844 de lei.
2004
We made the transition from fresh meat to preparates – most of our products are now cold cuts prepared and delivered by a team of 264 people.
2005
We accessed European funds for the construction of a new factory with a yearly capacity of 20 thousand tons and we close the chapter of the slaughterhouse activity.
2006
Carmina Paraschiv takes over the management of the company and she starts investing in marketing working on the well-known communication platform " From Ana and Cornel – Family cold cuts".
2007

2008
While continuing to invest and optimize the activity of the new factory, we came to have 21 stores and a team of 594 members.
2009
We obtain the 14001 certification for the environment management system.
2010
We opened 20 new stores and came to be the second food industry company at national level and the first in Prahova County.
2011
We opened the logistic warehouse in Bacău and modernized the packaging section so that we could be more flexible with individual weights and packages.
2012

2013
We came to have 69 of our own stores and we initiate our first collaboration with an international chain of supermarkets.
2014
We reached operational excellency for the integrated implementation of SAP system in all our administrative activity and production areas.
2015
We opened the logistic warehouse in Constanța, we obtained the Best Buy certificate for the best quality/price rate and we reached a record number of 93 of our own stores.
2016
We built a new logistic warehouse in Mizil in the amount of 1.5 million of Euro.
2017
We modernized our administrative building where we have the headquarters in Mizil and we fully renewed our carfleet.
2018
We opened new working offices in Bucharest and Frâncești, and we grew our number of clients by 40%, and we have modernized and automatized the intensive refrigeration section of our factory.
2019
25 years after the establishment of the company, we reached an organizational growth level that allowed us to make the transition to the Carnia corporate brand.
We continue to develop Ana și Cornel as product brand and retail brand.
